2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 6pm AEST Tuesday 28th April 2026 and closes at 6pm AEST Tuesday 5th May 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

  • Residents aged 18 years or older

  • Located within the service area of Central Electrical Group, including: Gladstone Region, including Gladstone, Tannum and Calliope (within 40km of our business address)

The following are not eligible:

  • Employees of the promoter

  • Immediate family members of employees​

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow Central Electrical Group

  • Like the competition post

  • Comment on the post tagging a local friend. 

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Entry Limits

  • One (1) entry per person via social media​

​

6. Prize

The prize consists of:

  • One (1) standard residential split-system air conditioner cleaning service

​

Prize conditions:

  • Valid for one wall-mounted split system only

  • Must be located within 40 km's of our office 5/6 Little Bramston St, Gladstone Central 4680 QLD

  • Subject to safe and reasonable access

  • Does not include repairs, parts, or additional services

  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Total prize value: approximately $165 

​

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on:

The promoter’s decision is final.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be:

  • Contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter

  • Required to respond within 48 hours

If the winner does not respond within this time, a redraw may occur.

9. Prize Fulfilment

  • Booked within 3 months of the draw date

  • Completed at a mutually agreed time​

10. Public Announcement

The winner may be announced via:

  • Social media platforms

  • The promoter’s website

By entering, participants agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes if they win.

Personal information collected will be used for:

  • Administering the promotion

  • Contacting the winner

12. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries

  • Technical issues affecting entry

  • Any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize

14. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to:
